Dr. Monica E. Randall is passionate about student success. As an advocate for college equity, she advises students from first-generation, immigrant families as well as students with food allergies on finding colleges that best match their interests, academic abilities, personal, social, and financial needs. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia, Ohio University, and the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.

Dr. Debra Felix, a former Dean of Admissions at Columbia University, now counsels students on college fit and culture, and how to navigate the admissions process effectively and efficiently. She is a graduate of Swarthmore College, the University of Maryland, and Columbia University.

Ms. Sydney Montgomery is the owner and founder of S. Montgomery Admissions Consulting where she provides personalized college counseling and law school admissions consulting. As the first lawyer in her family, and also as a graduate of Princeton and Harvard Law School, Sydney is passionate about helping students break down generational barriers and step confidently into their future.
